Do you cater for people with skin problems?
Yes we do cater with various skin complaints as our unique products are suitable for any skin type due to the products being oxygen stabilized products from Switzerland and monoi coconut oil from the Philapinnes and renowned for its healing properties , all products are safe and natural to use on any skin type.

Can I bring a friend along?
At Alexandria Connections we cater for either one person for any of the packages or we can accommodate up to 4 people, please refer to the website for more informative information on the packages.

My husband bought a voucher what do I do?
When you receive a treatment gift voucher, this voucher entitles you to a treatment package to the value that is on the gift voucher, i.e. Full Day, Half Day or a 2 hour treatment voucher. The vouchers may be redeemed with firstly contacting Alexandria Connections to book yourself in or to make contact with us to find out more information. The vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue which will be entered on the voucher and this must be used within that time unless there are unforeseen circumstances and we may be able to extend the voucher.

What is meant by Egyptian Therapies?
Our Egyptian themed therapies are named after Egyptian queens as well as offering our exclusive product base and renowned to beautify the skin as the Egyptian queens used thousands of years ago. Alexandria Connections is based on an Egyptian theme for helping you to totally unwind and relax and to take in the beautiful ambience.

Whereabouts are you? Can you provide directions?
We are based 4 miles outside Wrexham, North Wales in a beautiful scenic setting on the River Clywedog in Coedpoeth just off the Ruthin turn off Junction 4.
We provide the directions on the web site which you will find very useful, however if you require more information please contact us.

If I book for the day do you provide lunch?
On the full day treatment package we provide a 2 course lunch with a choice of dishes and relaxation and walks if required.

Can you cater for Vegetarians?
Our choice of dishes for the full day package do offer vegetarian food, however if this is not suitable we will be able to offer an alternative.

What is Egyptian Healing Rod Therapy and what does it do?
Egyptian Healing Rods were the ancient healing tools used by Egyptian Pharaohs and High Priests. The certificate will be gained after a 5 day residential training course working with the manual and after completing your 10 case studies you will be issued with the ‘Alexandria Connections TM Egyptian Healing Rod Therapy Certificate’

I want to book a treatment package, do I need to bring anything?
On all of our treatment packages we advise people to bring comfortable clothing and walking shoes if weather permitting. We provide gowns for relaxing in the Conservatory area if required.

I have booked a treatment package but I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, what is your procedure? And can I rebook without loss of my deposit?
We do make allowances for unforeseen circumstances and we should be able to help you with a future alternative appointment without losing your deposit. We will only be able to offer another appointment providing the cancellation was done prior to the appointment day. If however you do not contact us regarding your appointment and you do not arrive then the payment will not be refunded. A 24 hour notice is required for all treatment packages, unless there are unforeseen circumstances.

Can you cater for three or four customers?
We are able to cater for either one person or up to 4 people maximum. We do have various treatment packages suitable for either one person or 3/4 persons please see the relevant documentation in either the brochure or web site.

Can I purchase some of the products you specialize in?
All of the products used here at Alexandria Connections are available either when you have a treatment package or whether you ring your order through or by using the On Line shop on the website. When products are ordered either by telephone or On Line shopping mail order will be provided. The information on the products is available on the website under Product Guide, or by telephoning us for more information and we will be more than happy to help you with any queries.
