This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

(9) Deposit & Cancellation policy

If you are purchasing Egyptian Healing Rods, payment needs to be made in full at time of booking. If you are booking the Egyptian Healing Rod course or a Workshop then a deposit of £150 & £30 respectively is required to cover the booking. If you have viewed our other site and seen a retreat stay please refer to our sister website (www.songoftheriver.org) terms and conditions for the deposit amount. All full product payment and Rods course and workshop deposits can be paid by card on World Pay secure, Pay Pal or Bank transfer. Rods course and Workshop balances are due 5 days before arrival. We do make allowances for unforeseen circumstances and we should be able to help you with a future alternative appointment without losing your deposit. We will only be able to offer another appointment providing the cancellation was done prior to the appointment day. If however you do not contact us regarding your appointment and you do not arrive then the payment will not be refunded. A 5 day cancellation notice is required for all bookings, unless there are unforeseen circumstances.
