Singing bowls are handmade in the Himalayas, following an ancestral traditional process and then they go through a quality control of their vibration and sound properties. The bowls are made with high quality bronze and enriched with 11 virgin metals (gold, silver, quicksilver, iron, lead, tin, zinc, meteor iron, bismuth, galena, pyrite), which grants them a unique quality level.
Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul.
In the Indian system of healing, when a physical dysfunction occurs, it is believed that one or more chakras are blocked, or unbalanced. Many people find that the rich blend of harmonic overtones which the bowls produce, have a direct positive effect on balancing the chakras.
They may also help with the following:-
Reduce stress and anxiety
Lower anger and blood pressure
Improve circulation and increases blood flow.
Deep relaxation and pain relief.
Increase mental and emotional clarity.
Promote stillness, happiness and well being.
